When Do I Need Atticus Legal, Lawyers Hamilton?

Here are a few common family law situations where Atticus Legal can help to protect your interests as well as the interests of your family:

• You are getting married in the near-future or your de fcto relationship is coming up to 3 years (the magic number):  A contracting out agreement (known in some parts of the world as a ‘prenup agreement’) might be a wise thing  to consider. We do this as efficiently as possible both to reduce stress for the trustees and beneficiaries and to keep our legal costs as reasonable as possible.
